Payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details directly.

We use your information to provide and maintain the App's functionality, create and manage your account, enable tracking and management of appliances and warranties, communicate with you via email and in-app messaging, and provide customer support. For users on free plans, we may use appliance data and property address to deliver relevant advertising within the App. We may also use appliance data for affiliate marketing such as replacement recommendations.

All communications are conducted via email and/or within the App. We do not use phone-based communication or collect phone-related data.
